Very good value in this renowned tourist city. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. The provided breakfast snack and especially the espresso were a bonus. I am especially grateful to the staff member who 1. facilitated my late check-in thanks to severe train delays and 2. also kindly arranged my pizza order and directed me to the best local pizzeria - grazie molto! Super helpful!

Room might have been a little bigger and the kitchen would be complete if it had a microwave. Minor issues - this was still a very good option for my stay.

Everything was so clean, tidy and neat. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. Despite of what I have imagined, the shared bathroom was always so clean as well. Everyone staying there was so respectful. There was no noise or any disturbing things happened at night. It was a very pleasant stay. Due the the bad reviews about the location, it’s actually 30 mins walking distance to the centro. I walked everytime which was very convenient for me 🙏🏼 There are many bus stops there or you can rent a bike for few days.

Very nice, Good neighborhood. Quiet area. Restaurant at 5 minutes walk, also grocery shop 5 minutes walk. very helpful host. We arrived late in the night and the host find us a restaurant at 5 minutes drive to eat something (Al Cubbeto - nice pizza and nice service, pizza is fantastic plenty of choices - not at that time in the night, after 23.30, but next day I visited the location again - personal is wonderful). Close to the city if you consider driving there. Air conditionig is working.

The wall between our room and the bathroom is no very good from the point of acoustic insulated so you can hear what ever is happening there. Also the exterior blinds are noisy and I was concerned not to disturb the other people in the residence.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated.

I regretfully had an unfavorable experience due to an unforeseen policy. I booked the room with the intention of adding my wife as an additional guest and was willing to cover the extra fee. However, the host strictly disallowed this without negotiation. It's important to note that this policy wasn't explicitly stated anywhere prior to my booking. This situation resulted in a wasted booking fee and necessitated an expensive, last-minute alternative accommodation. I advise future guests to clarify such policies directly with the host before booking.
