Clean nice room, in perfect location. Host were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

There is no window so you can’t open it and let the fresh air in. The process of sending documents while check in was unsafe.

Posizione

La camera, situata al piano terra, sembra più un locale commerciale o un magazzino riadattato che una vera stanza per ospiti, pertanto è priva di finestre. La pulizia generale è decisamente carente: tende, frigorifero e box doccia sporchi non perfettamente organizzati; battiscopa con accumuli di polvere, così come armadi e testata del letto. Anche il comfort lascia a desiderare: il materasso è vecchio, affossato e scomodo, composto da due singoli uniti. Inoltre, è difficile regolare la temperatura dell’acqua nella doccia. La sensazione generale è di scarsa manutenzione e poca attenzione all’igiene.

"Ottimo soluzione per chi vuole visitare Verona a piedi"

camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno grande e comodo, è presente un terzo letto, ottima pure la posizione vicinissimo al parcheggio multipiano "Cittadella"(a pagamento con tariffa di 23€ al giorno), a due passi dalla camera cìè un bar dove fare un ottima colazione dolce o salata, e un Mc Donald. la posizione è centralissima ottima per visitare Verona a Piedi.

La camera è al piano terra, ha dell "finestre" a vasistas in alto di forma rettangolare molto pronunciata, i vetri sono tutti sabbiati probabilmente prima di essere una camera era un'attività commerciale, per il resto nulla da ridire.

La posizione

La mancanza di contatto con il personale, ci si scrive solamente, non c'erano gli asciugamani da bidet in camera, ho scritto su WhatsApp e mi è stato detto che non li forniscono, siamo in Italia e do per scontato che ci siano e comunque sarebbe bastato far venire qualcuno a consegnarli, per accontentare il cliente, proprio da qui nasce il voto basso per lo staff, non era presente nessuno
