The location is great, the design of the room is pleasant. The instructions to check-in were clear.

Duvet wasn’t attached to the bedsheet, which I found unacceptable for a flat waiting ready to be used by guests. The water temperature was almost impossible to adjust, it was either extremely cold and hot. The room was also poorly heated.

La camera era pulita e situata in una zona centralissima, a due passi dall’Arena. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fornendo istruzioni chiare e utili consigli.

A mio parere il riscaldamento non era sufficiente a scaldare adeguatamente la stanza. La doccia non funzionava bene, con acqua o fredda o bollente, rendendo difficile fare una doccia alla giusta temperatura. Inoltre la stanza sembrava ricavata all’interno di un locale commerciale ed era priva di finestre, ma solo delle grandi vetrate.

Posizione ottima, centralissima e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Camera ampia e buona dotazione di biancheria. Letto comodo. Host molto cortese, indicazioni per accedere all’alloggio molto precise complete anche di consigli su servizi e ristoranti consigliati.

Unica piccola pecca il riscaldamento, data la grandezza della stanza, che è un po’ insufficiente. Per le temperature rigide invernali sarebbe gradita una seconda coperta per ospiti più freddolosi ed anche un doppio cuscino per entrambi gli ospiti (ce ne erano solo 3 e non 4). Piccoli dettagli che avrebbero reso il soggiorno, invernale, perfetto

Perfect location - not far from the centre, yet situated on a quiet and secure street. The flats had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the person we spoke with, Luca, was very kind. He sent us full instructions and recommendations.

Nothing worth mentioning. Just FYI, both flats are situated on the ground, and you access them directly from the street. I felt safe since I was with my family, and the flat itself was well secured, but if you are a solo traveller, this is something to consider according to your needs/preferences.
