Posizione comodissima. A un passo da parcheggio Multipiano e all'arena. Con bar e servizi vicino. Piano terra un po' umido e senza vista. Ma la posizione comodissima ripaga. Lo consiglierei a chiunque

Il check out alle 10....peraltro fiscale con porta bussata alle 10 in punto... Non ci tornerei già solo per questo Almeno le 11...

"Deludente se non fosse per la posizione."

La posizione

Stanza piccola, senza finestre. Evidente che fosse un ex locale commerciale. Si sentiva ogni minimo suono della stanza affianco. Non è un letto matrimoniale ma due lettini messi assieme. Dalla doccia esce un filo d’acqua. Se posso dare un consiglio comprate un bollitore o una macchinetta con due cialde. Sicuramente non si vale quel prezzo!

"Posizione spettacolare, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con alcune criticità"

La posizione è eccezionale e strategica: vicino all'arena e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Porta Nuova. La camera è spaziosa, pulita, ben ristrutturata e arredata, molto bello il bagno. Due condizionatori. Un frighetto che può servire all'occorrenza. Un televisore.

La camera suppongo sia un ex negozio (comunque ripeto ben ristrutturato e arredato) al piano terra che affaccia su un cortile interno. La chiave viene presa e lasciata in un locker. L'acqua calda fa un pochino tribolare: per averla la pressione è piuttosto bassa (se la si aumenta diventa più fredda: la doccia si fa ma un po' a fatica).

Lo único, la situación que es buena

Las diferentes entradas, es una habitación con ventanas que dan a un patio cerrado, no hay vistas a nada. Estaba limpio, pero hay una puerta cerrada que no sabes donde da. La puerta de entrada le cuesta cerrar, la decoración, la cama es bastante antigua y no muy cómoda. En ningún momento dice el anuncio que es una habitación aislada, y al hacer la gestión te parece que es un apartamento, es decir un edificio. La relación calidad precio la verdad que es justito. No merece la pena pensando que alrededor hay otras ofertas por un poco más.

"Bien"

L'hote de ce logement donne toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. Il est facile d'accès et proche de deux parking (souterrain et extérieur) ce qui est pratique pour le stationnement. Situé au fond d'une cours au rez de chaussée, il est calme car pas de passage. La chambre est assez grande avec un lit très confortable. La salle de bain aussi est spacieuse.

La ventilation fait un peu de bruit mais sans derangemnt car elle s'éteint. Nous avons séjourné ici une seule nuit donc très bien. En revanche, je pense que pour plusieurs nuits c'est un peu différent car le logement est très sombre ce qui peut être dérangeant
