La posizione strategica sia rispetto alla spiaggia che ai servizi principali della città, la pulizia perfetta delle camere, lo stile del posto in generale (che è notevole!) e la cortesia del gestore che, pur non essendo sempre in struttura, è sempre reperibile per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta.

La difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, visto che eravamo arrivati di sabato ed era una bellissima giornata (quindi c'era tantissima gente in giro), ma ovviamente è un fattore che non dipende né dalla struttura né da chi la gestisce :)

Ottima posizione vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Sturla, al mare e anche al Gaslini. Camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario compreso bollitore e mini-frigorifero, fuori dalla camera comodissimo microonde e macchina per bevande calde a disposizione di tutte le camere. Chi ci ha accolto è stato gentile, ci ha mostrato tutto e dato consigli su dove mangiare in zona.
