The staff and their poor communication left us without access to one of the rooms because their door-opening system wasn’t working. We almost missed our flight, but in the end, we had to force the door open.

Location and city view are good. There is bus station nearby.

1. The first and very important moment that formed my impression of the accommodation was the squeaky beds. I had an experience of that in 2 different apartments in this plaace. If you move at night it creaks with you. You need a room mostly to sleep in it and it's uncomfortable. Stayed only because I was tired and already paid. What is the problem to have a normal bed? 2. If you've ever used a toilet, you know that the bucket for used toilet paper has to have a lid or it will stink. But here it's just a bucket without a lid. I assumed they prefere changing, but no - not once in 6 days. But somewhere on the third day they brought a new roll, in addition to the two that were there at the beginning. I didn't understand. 3. Instead of keys, a web service is used. Good idea and works well for the exterior doors, but opening/closing the lock on the room door takes much longer than usual, which is a bit annoying. And for the same price (€80/day in October 2025) you can find better accommodation with kitchen facilities (spoon, fork, plate, microwave). The price should be lower

Posizione perfetta se si vuole vivere la città. Comoda secondo me l'apertura porte tramite telefono, così si evita di perdere o dimenticare le chiavi. Il ragazzo Michael sempre disponibile per eventuali bisogni o problemi durante il soggiorno. Le ragazze delle pulizie passano tutti i giorni a vedere se manca qualcosa (ad esempio bisogno di cambiare un asciugamano o bagno schiuma finito).

Qualche dettaglio si può migliorare, questo è il motivo per cui non ho dato 10. Ad esempio migliorerei l'illuminazione della stanza. Oppure aggiungerei una mensola in più per avere un punto di appoggio in più. Anche il bagno si può migliorare. Ma sono veramente dettagli.
