The property itself was good overall in design and location

We had a very disappointing experience at the end of our stay. On the last morning, the electricity and water were cut off for a significant period, which meant we could not properly use the room, charge our phones, or get ready comfortably. This is not what we expected from a luxury property, especially after paying for a premium stay. We also clearly told the property the day before that we did not want the apartment cleaned. Despite this, staff entered and cleaned the apartment without our approval, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy. They later said there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room, but this was not clearly available or shown to us, and our direct request should have been respected regardless. When we raised these issues and asked for fair compensation, the response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the inconvenience properly, they mentioned that we had not paid the €18 tourist tax. However, no one had asked us to pay this amount during the stay or at check-out. If they had asked, we would have paid it immediately. Bringing it up only after we requested compensation felt like a way to deflect from the actual problems. Overall, the property may look nice, but the way the situation was handled was very poor and left us feeling that our experience and privacy were not respected.

La prima stanza che ho provato era grande accogliente ma molto rumorosa,sia per il ristorante sottostante che per i vicini che utilizzavano,senza alcun rispetto delle indicazioni, le vasche idro di notte oltre le 24.00

Ottima posizione, pulizia eccezionale e servizi che rispondono alle aspettative. Gentilissimo lo staff.

Hotel eccellente, posizione eccellente. Proprio nel centro di tutto. Ho apprezzato anche il personale che mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Tutto è stato eccellente.
