le indicazzioni venivano date totalmente in inglese ....se il hai a che fare con clienti italiani forse e meglio parlare in italiano

Comunicazioni con lo staff solo per whatsapp e non soddisfacienti. Dotazione per il bagno (saponi bagnoschiuma shampoo) insufficienti. L'avviso sulla porta di non chiudere la serratura credo volesse dire di non chiudere con le mandate, ma evidentemente è stato inteso nel senso di non chiudere la porta, che è stata lasciata aperta

It is located at a very convenient location and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, and everything that you would need during your stay. Its close proximity to train station also made it very convenient.

I booked this room on Booking.com based on the photos shown, but what I received was completely different. After I paid, the owner sent me to another property, which was totally different. The bedroom I got was of very poor quality. I tried calling the owner many times, but they did not answer. I also contacted Booking.com, and they could not reach the owner either. I even went to the listed office, and it does not exist. This feels like a scam: you pay for a room shown in the listing, but you end up in a poor-quality, completely different room. I strongly advise not to rent

Posizione strategica in centro storico e a circa 15 minuti dalla stazione dei treni

La pulizia lascia a desiderare. L’ultimo giorno prima di andare via controllo di aver preso tutto e sotto al letto vedo un preservativo usato e nella doccia dei capelli impigliati.Ho avvisato lo staff sia con un messaggio allegando la foto e telefonicamente. La ragazza al telefono si è messa a ridere dopo avergli detto l’accaduto. Non penso sia molto professionale una reazione cosi e anche la mancata igiene è un dettaglio da migliorare molto.

L’odeur de l’humidité L’odeur des serviettes Pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvrent et vitres opaques ce qui donne une sensation d’étouffement la salle de bain avec un lavabo minuscule dès qu’on se lave le visage y’a de l’eau partout et la douche avec de la moisissure la grande chambre avec un immense cadre qui gêne car trop proche du lit
