Ottima posizione. Facile da raggiungere e chiare indicazioni. Struttura molto pulita.

Appartamento posizionato in una via rumorosa fino a tardi la notte e presto al mattino. Unica possibilita stare con le finestre chiuse...

Nulla da dire sulla camera che ho trovato pulita e accogliente MA: non era assolutamente la camera delle foto. In più avevo scelto affittacamere il Portico perchè si trovava a solo 9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e invece mi sono ritrovata in un posto dal nome diverso in via Colombo, a 18 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ripeto: stanza pulita e stazione ugualmente raggiungibile a piedi ma non ho dormito nella stanza che avevo prenotato. E per il livello di stanza ho trovato anche cara la cifra pagata (pure scontata del 40%!!!).

Posizione ottima, centralissima. Ho apprezzato il Self check-in, semplice e senza vincoli di orari, purché dopo le 14. Disponibile un mini frigo in camera. Utili le indicazioni ricevute dallo staff per dove parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.

Darei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia... Lavandino in bagno minuscolo. Tra i servizi descritti c'è deposito bagagli, ma dopo aver prenotato mi hanno informato che nella struttura della camera che mi hanno riservato (perché hanno varie strutture) non fornivano questo servizio

"Good stay - amazing evening"

In the city centre, which is amazing- la spezia Awakes at night , the shops are open until 1030 including the jewellery and clothes shop. All the restaurants were open and nice music was there so if you want to enjoy an evening this also hotel is the best option. I mean, everything is literally outside your door. It is so much in Centre loved it. Nice tea options and fridge was provided air conditioner worked excellently Good spending

It is 15 minutes walk from the central station, which looks not very much. The checkout time is very early so we have to take our luggage out at 10 which was very troublesome because we slept late midnight sitting in a few restaurants of the Centre so it was very uncomfortable in that sense otherwise everything was excellent.
