Host wasn't available at arrival, but she was helpful via phone and could manage to prepare everything at the room by dinner time. Be aware that the house is up in the hill, so it's quite a hike to reach by walking, but the view is amazing

Very clean great view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and delicious pizza place 5 minute walk away.

if you are travelling without a car it is quite hilly and a long walk to the ferry port. having aircon would of made our stay more comfortable during summer

availability of the owner to have late check-out (around 10pm), not much else to be frank.

when I go to an hotel / b&b there are 3 things I am looking for - a comfortable bed: and honestly staying on a thin memory foam mattress and pillow where you feel you sink in all night made us staying awake most of the night - a sound proof room: and some people slammed the main door around 5 am and as a consequence we woke up (maybe we just managed to fall asleep) - a cleaned room: and we had spiderwebs on the ceiling just in front of me the room was extremely overpriced for the area and the quality you get: we paid 92 euros and it’s probably worth 40 max.

The views were amazing.

It is not far from the lake but bear in my it is uphill.
