La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de vía Roma que tiene muchas opciones de cafés, bares y restaurantes. Cerca del mar y de un mirador hermoso. María nos respondió a todos las preguntas y necesidades con mucha rapidez y como la TV no funcionaba, ella la cambió por una nueva para que estemos a gusto. También nos dio información de taxis a buen precio. La habitación era cómoda y limpia y el apartamento no tiene escaleras, porque está en un bajo (eso era importante para nosotros).

La cocina no está totalmente equipada (hay algunas cosas básicas pero no muchos utensilios) y estaban sucias las alacenas y la heladera.

Schöne Einrichtung, nette Gastgeberin, Innenstadtlage, Wasser und Joghurt und Fertiggebäck als kleine Aufmerksamkeit

Kaum Luftzirkulation (Türe einzige Luftzufuhr), Schimmel in der Küche und im Bad, Silberfische im Bett, enormer Kamingeruch durch stillgelegten Kamin, gemeinsamer Boiler mit anderen Wohnungen und dadurch ständiger Lärm auch nachts
