Location, spacious room

Noise until 11pm because of restaurant/bar below. Breakfast limited and you also need to walk to a bar for it.

Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich; Kommunikation erfolgte über WhatsApp, tagsüber schnelle Reaktionen seitens des Hotels; Zutritt zum Haus und Zimmer mit PIN-Code; Ortigia-Ambra-Nera-Seife hat sehr gut gerochen; Frühstück gab es in nahe gelegenem Restaurant, wenig aber sehr lecker; Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei; Minibar mit großer Auswahl; zentrale Lage, in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß bei den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Persönlicher Check-In hat mir gefehlt, nicht wirklich gastfreundlich; Übernachtungssteuer konnte nicht direkt gezahlt werden, musste erst Termin mit Mitarbeiterin zur Zahlung finden; einmal hat der PIN-Code nicht funktioniert (entsprechend WhatsApp-Status ("zuletzt online") keine 24/7 Kontaktaufnahme möglich); Möbel haben etwas alt gewirkt; man hörte andere Gäste morgens auf dem Gang.

Perfekte zentrale Lage , in 5 Minuten an der Arena. Grosses sauberes Zimmer. Sehr nettes und unkompliziertes Personal. Bequemes Bett.

Vielleicht das Frühstück, es war etwas knapp.

Esperienza assolutamente fantastica! La posizione è eccellente: centrale, comoda per ogni spostamento e con un valore aggiunto davvero unico: una vista incantevole sul castello. Accoglienza perfetta, la signora incaricata si è dimostrata calorosa e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Camera splendida e accogliente, pulizia impeccabile e una bella atmosfera. Consigliatisso!
