Staff friendly, good location, place was as advertised

It was in a great location within walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. The property was very well maintained

It was away from building at a cafe but once found the cafe was great . We ended up paying for our hot breakfast everyday !

Toilet seat was broken !

The host of the place is great and kind Suggested some places to visit Explained everything about where are the keys and the place Breakfast was great- he gave us coupons for the bar that is close to the place

Internet was slow at toles

It was a great two bedroom apartment with a nice big bathroom and balcony. Great location near a grocery store and close walk to beaches and ferry, buses, restaurants!

It was clean

The staff didn’t help us bring in our bags they watched us struggle. The breakfast was only deserts and my father is a diabetic. We had to pay 4 Euros for a second coffee at breakfast. You didn’t indicate that there was a pullout couch, but that there were two regular beds. We couldn’t figure out how to work the stove. And the espresso machine provided wasn’t good. Also a maid walked Into our room at 7:30 AM.

It is few minutes walking from the center. There is no big traffic on the street therefore the room was silent. AC is available in every room. The maid is very friendly and can speak english, she did cleaning every day

The kitchen is very small without proper equipments, like glasses, plates. The table is also very small for a big family and threrenare no enough chairs (we were seven).
