Very unpleasant experience. The room we were given was infested with bed bugs, and because of this we had to urgently leave the hotel the same evening, together with our 2-year-old child. It is unacceptable for a hotel to accommodate guests in such conditions. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority, but here they were completely lacking. I do not recommend this hotel and I truly hope the management will take serious action.
