The building is new. The room I had was spacious with a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. It was a short walk to town. Free parking next to the building. For breakfast I was able to select anything from the case at the restaurant (and there were LOTS) of choices! The restaurant that I ate dinner at, which was a recommendation of Affitacamere, was delicious and very reasonably priced.

There was a miscommunication about the checkout procedure, so I left without paying and had to wire them payment (which cost me additional money). Expected the owner and/or booking.com to be able to process a payment using my credit card. The town is still rebuilding from the earthquake, so not a whole lot to see and do there, but the shops and restaurants that were open were welcoming.

Host were nice and helpful. Location was good. Place was very clean.

You had to drive or walk 1km to get your breakfast. Bed was uncomfortable.

Everything about this spot was perfect! Impeccably clean, fresh, and spacious, the complimentary breakfast at the little bar in town was incredibly lovely, we were welcomed by the sweetest hosts—zero complaints! And such a nice 5 minute walk into downtown!

I am enthusiastic and happy about the hospitality, the beautiful, well-kept property in a quiet location and the modern room that leaves nothing to be desired. Motorbike parking on property secured with gate. Great, Thanks!

Though it is located outside the walled town, the neighborhood is very quiet and scenic. It looks like and new and was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the Orchid Room.

The owner was great and informative. Our room was perfect and there was a nice shower what we loved. Everything was very nice. Beautiful town rebuilding after the earthquake 6 yrs ago.

everything! the family who welcomed us was very kind and helped us relax from the long drive with coffee and sweets. the room was fabulous, very clean and well equipped. everything was new. the host made sure we leave satisfied. we definitely recommend this place!
