Great location

No lift, quite hard carrying up our luggage

Location was excellent

Just wish we were greeted upon arrival. Everyone assumes you have WhatsApp to communicate but we do not.

The stairs upto the apartment are ridiculous steep. The apartment is cold apart from the bedroom which has a heater. The shower is cold. It is very old and dated the neighbours are rude.

The location and the Terrace

Arrived at appartment with no instructions on how to get in even after emailing owner twice through app. Building door was open so walked up 4 flights of stairs with bags only to have to call the owner and walk down stairs again to get the key to the door. The bathroom was really little and door on to the curve of steep stairs so bit tricky even for nimble people.

The place is amazing, location premium in the heart of Vernazza. Very clean, good quality of towels and bed sheets and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay, gave us a bottle of Prosecco as welcoming gift that we enjoyed in the incredible terrace with chaise lounges. The stairs are a little bit high but it is natural to Cinque Terre since the towns are in the mountains. We definitely recommend this excellent place to stay!!

The stairs but we got used to them since in all the places visited in Cinque Terre high stairs are a common thing.

Michel was very hospitable, welcomed us at the apartment and even carried some of our luggage up the stairs. It was great to have air con in the apartment.Rooms were comfortable and clean, and it was great to spill out onto the balcony, and even eat dinner as a family there one night! Bathroom was tidy but very small. Location was excellent. We loved our stay at the Terrace and would highly recommend to young families.

We arrived, but they never did. We had to find somewhere else to stay after hours of no response. Watch out for this property, they want to be paid in advance, then not respond.

Narrow steep stairs make of difficult to arrive/depart with large luggage. But this should be expected in a town like Vernazza.

The property was great for a max of 4 people. Very clean and easy to find right off the train station in Vernazza. I am glad I stayed there 2 nights, the terrace was lovely specially for coffee in the morning. Cinque terre is great for 2 nights, maybe 3 nights max as there’s not a lot to do and some of the five towns look similar and offer the same things. Vernazza was the best one in my opinion.
