* The homemade breakfast, with both sweet and savory options as well as fresh fruits. * The view from the shared rooftop. * The little garden is beautiful and relaxing.

* Construction work woke us up every day at 7:30 a.m. The hotel manager said there was nothing they could do, but they should have reached an agreement with the neighbor to delay the noise until after 9 a.m. during the works. The neighbor actually seemed willing to do so. It’s a shame, and hopefully this will be addressed for future guests. * We also didn’t appreciate being asked not to leave a negative review because “the situation is external.” Charging full price while the conditions are clearly impacted still remains the hotel’s responsibility. * The manager not speaking English made communication difficult. * Rooms 1 (and probably 2) are particularly noisy, even without the construction work, as they are located on the ground floor directly in front of the kitchen and breakfast area.

Abbiamo passato 4 notti : posizione ideale, era la nostra base per visitare la parte occidentale della Sicilia, da Selinunte a Segesta, le saline di Marsala, Erice, Castellammare del.Golfo....Comodo perché vicino all'aeroporto anche se non si sente. Bello svegliarsi allla mattina con la vista sul mare, e trovare una colazione incredibile con prodotti fatti in casa, dolci e salati. E ovviamente l'accoglienza e tutti i consigli forniti da Loredana. Ci è piaciuto tutto, consigliamo vivamente questo posto.

Erg aardige mensen, prettige kamer, een echt fantastisch ontbijt! Uniek, met allerlei zelfgemaakte taarten, heel veel fruit. Heerlijk op het terras in de mooi verzorgde tuin

Helemaal niets! Alleen een kanttekening, het is wel echt een plek voor kitesurfers, bijna iedereen die daar is, komt daarvoor. Het prachtige huis bevindt zich in een vakantiedorp,met voorzover wij waar konden nemen, weinig permanente bewoning

The staff and ambiance are amazing. Staff is doing anything to make your stay as convenient as possible. I have never seen a house as clean and tidy as this one. Our little one (10 months) would crawl everywhere and was still spotless.

Loredana ist eine super herzliche und bemühte Gastgeberin. Es gibt jeden Morgen ein mit viel Liebe frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Unterkunft liegt nah an der Lagune, perfekt zum Kitesurfen
