We asked in advance for a crib for 1.5 years old baby. I called couple of times and communicated this request via WhatsApp. I saw the double blue v sign, which means they saw the request but no one answered that it won’t be available and I should cancel the reservation and find another place ! When we arrived to the place , after 6 PM , they just told me they don’t have a crib for the baby. Zero score for customer service and communication! I don’t understand why Booking works with such a poor service provider.

The staff were wonderful and we had a delicious pizza. It was cheap.

It was on a very busy road. The lake opposite attracted scores of people and cars were parked everywhere. Our room was above the restaurant, which was very noisy until quite late. The room was basic and the towels looked like they had been boil washed a thousand times.

Good location, bigger room than I expected. Other guests have mentioned the noisy road but we were on the side away from the road and that was very quiet. Excellent pizza restaurant in the hotel, very busy so you need to book! They don't do breakfast but we had a good one a couple of km away. Very good value for money!

The location was good, I had no breakfast.

The connectors should be used by some kind of plugs only.

poorly signed the venue that you had to attend for breakfast couldn’t find it😡, tried to adjust the shower head, but come away in my hand
