If you don't like Walking or Steps - this is NOT the Villa for you! Whilst it's located on the main road which is great for access to the SITA Bus or the booking of a Transfer driver - be very very aware it's quite a long distance to the main township. The upside to this is the magnificent views you can get from the Villa balcony, and from areas on the road below - ultimately to get views over the ocean at Positano you need to be up high. HOWEVER, the Room itself was good value for money. It was comfortable, charming, clean, super spacious and nice and quiet. There is really nothing more to this building but a corridor and several Rooms and the Kitchen where Rosa prepares the food and laundry etc etc. The Maid/Cook Rosa was an absolute delight, and served an amazing good Breakfast to our balcony every day. It was so lovely to sit there and enjoy Rosa's amazing hospitallity and beautiful breakfast food offerings. She's an asset to this business. We also shared fantastic conversations with Andreas who made us feel very welcome and was a true professional.

Along with this, walking on the road can be a bit trecherous with Cars, Buses and Bikes all zooming around the bends at sometimes high speed. You have to have your wits about you. What's involved is a very very long steep road - down then up again - and then there are Steps - Steps and more Steps. You need have very good walking fitness to stay in this area. This Villa is owned by the same family that own Villa Mary just two doors down. Villa Mary is also subject to the same distance and road and steps.....but it's more 'upmarket' in appearance, it has a Bar, a Reception area and a gorgeous little Pool all beautifully decorated. When these Villas were smaller, Lipalarti guests were able to use the Pool at Villa Mary - and we were told this too. However times have changed and due to the popularity and growth of Villa Mary, that is no longer a viable option unfortunately. It's a shame there's no way to continue to share the Pool facility.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr weit oben und bei der Hitze war es sehr anstrengend. Viele Treppen.

That’s a beautiful property with and amazing view. The service is impeccable. Andrea and Lorenzo were very helpful. The breakfast in our room terrace was AMAZING! I’ll be back soon. 100% recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect

El Personal! Nuestro trato con Andre fue muy fluido, siempre nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y estuvo a nuestra disposición las 24hrs. Tuve una plática muy amena con Antonio y un amigo de él, que también son parte del Personal. Fueron muy amables y me terminaron regalando una botella de Vino Blanco qué nos encantó!! Instalaciones. La Habitación es muy cómoda y enorme! Tiene su propia terraza con vistas a Positano y con una mesa donde te llevan tu desayuno privado.

Todo nos encantó!!
