Es un alojamiento que se adecua a la calidad precio, está limpio y sin duda lo mejor es la localización. Cerca del centro y sin necesidad de depender del transporte. Fabio se preocupa de que todas las necesidades estén cubiertas, y está siempre disponible.

good location, Fábio is very nice and caring guy, our room was very clean and we had a nice sleep :))

Ne-a plăcut locatia(foarte aproape de centru) și faptul ca are aer condiționat un mini frigider și televizor. Proprietarul este înțelegător și de treabă

Posizione buona non lontano del centro, si può tranquillamente andare a piedi in giro (+/- 10min), zona molto tranquilla, si trova quasi sempre Parcheggio vicino nella strada, Fabio è molto gentile e disponibile

L'unica cosa che fra un po' si dovrebbero cambiare i materassi

Host was very communicative, responsive and willing to help with everything. Very good soundproofing, ac operated good so we had a pleasant environment. The bathroom was renovated and big. There was free umbrellas that was very helpful for the days we went to the beach. There was plenty of free parking in the streets around. WiFi was good and there is an option to wash clothes with an 8€ extra fee per load.

Building was very old and dirty so the first impression was bad adding to this that we had to climb 3 floors. Main room was old fashioned and bit narrow. There was not enough space for the clothes. The neighbourhood was bit weird and not close to the points of interest, so especially at night we didn’t feel ok to walk around and we used our car.
