L'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, sa réactivité. La chambre accueillante. Un joli coin cuisine. Situation au rez-de-chaussée dans un endroit calme pas trop loin du centre

La mauvaise isolation sonore de l'appartement. Il y a trois chambres, on entend tout. Le pire c'est le bruit des clés dans les serrures, et les fermerures des portes. Heureusement notre voisin est rentré à des heures raisonnable, on ne dormait pas encore.

"I had a pleasant stay in this shared apartment in Ivrea."

I had spacious and comfortable double room with TV, table, chairs, and clothes hanger. Towels and linen were provided as well. The room is in 3 bedroom apartment, shared kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. Host Alessandro was friendly and helpful, but his English was limited. There is large grocery store nearby. This apartment is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind some noise and are comfortable with shared spaces.

Quite thin walls - noise from upstairs neighbors was noticeable in the evenings.
