Hosting friendly and quick to respond. Place was ok for one night but suggesting to do some updating if it is used for rental. The place was more like a friend given his kids room to sleep in

Towel were old and sandpaper feeling. Bedding also old.

Posizione, parcheggio libero e gratuito, stanza colorata e spaziosa.

Letti scomodi: materasso matrimoniale durissimo, letto a castello che scricchiola ad ogni movimento. All'arrivo, programmato e concordato per tempo, abbiamo trovato una stanza fredda e abbiamo impiegato ore per avere una temperatura accettabile con il condizionatore (preciso che ci è stato esplicitamente chiesto di spegnere la pompa di calore quando eravamo fuori stanza e che non ci sono state fornite istruzioni per programmare il riscaldamento). Il bagno ha solo due finestre INACCESSIBILI, tipo bocche di lupo, non era riscaldato (termosifone spento), né dotato di sistema di aspirazione. Per scaldarlo si doveva tenere la porta aperta con il disagio comprensibile che ciò comporta. Al termine del soggiorno, mi è stato chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene. Quando ho EDUCATAMENTE fatto presenti alcuni disagi, mi è stato risposto sgarbatamente che nessuno si era mai lamentato e che se volevo "tante cose" dovevo scegliere una stanza più costosa , visto che i prezzi praticati in questa struttura sono definiti, da chi li applica, "i più bassi di tutto il Veneto": a quanto pare, la richiesta dei servizi essenziali è giudicata una pretesa eccessiva, come un minimo di gentilezza e di cura verso chi si sta ospitando.

Nu mia plăcut faptul că propietarul a zis că înainte să mă cazez eu, o altă familie cu copiii a venit la dânsul si copilul a făcut pipi pe saltea, si că a chemat carabinieri. Asta mă făcut să renunț la cazare pentru că e posibil să îmi scoată si mie astfel de motive, si din acest lucru am renunțat. Pentru ca sunt destui italieni care doresc să te șantajeze de banii.

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. It genuinely felt like a home rather than a rental. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and everything you could need is nearby — grocery stores, restaurants, and even a pizzeria just around the corner. Mr. Mauro, the host, is one of the kindest and sweetest people we’ve met. He’s always available whenever you need any help, very respectful, and also a talented artist! His hospitality really made our stay special. The house itself exceeded all our expectations. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedroom was cozy and perfectly maintained. Everything was super nice and comfortable — we truly loved it. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in this area. Highly recommended!
