Viene fornito un buono per la colazione al bar sotto casa, e sono a disposizione in struttura anche delle cialde per il caffè con macchinetta. la posizione è buona per raggiungere Perugia, Assisi che si vede di fronte e tutte le altre località vicino a Perugia. buona possibilità di parcheggio proprio sotto casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.
