"Bravo Alessandro!"

Alessandro is welcoming and generous. I had forgotten to tell him our arrival time but he came and picked us up when I telephoned him from the Airport. His place is ultra clean with a great bed and hot showers. Plus there was a coffee/tea making facility outside the room. Hooray! We also had a fabulous croissant and coffee at the bar next door before he took us back to the Airport in the morning where we picked up our car. The perfect lay-over. Thank you.

"A wonderful experience and very convenient"

Alessandro the host was so kind and really went the extra mile to help me. He drove me to Perugia so I could see the city because there were no buses available. And then he picked me back up at the train station, (he had already come before to take my bags so I could explore Perugia) and then he drove me to the airport at 6am. Such a kind guy. And a very clean and spacious room! What a great value for my money, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Pit stop over for the night before our flight as it was near the airport. The facilities 0 and the hospitality 0. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. So couldn’t possibly say I liked anything.

The location was perfect for us who needed to take a flight at early morning. Also, the staff was really kind and offered to drive us to the airport. We appreciated that a lot!

The lack of air conditioning during a hot wave in summer was a bit much... The fan provided was a bit insufficient unfortunately
