There was no breakfast, as expected. There was no wine opener, and the owner did provide one but too late, we bought our own

I would prefer a more personalized service. This property did not promise that, but it would have improved the stay to have someone to talk to.

Struttura vicina al centro e al bar per fare colazione la mattina. Camera grande e pulita, bagno ampio.

Arrivati prima del check-in non siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto subito per lasciare gli zaini

Great location in the city centre - 10-15 minutes walking distance to interest areas (Piazza Maggiore, University of Bologna, etc) and to the Bologna Centrale railway station Room had everything it needed - from towels and bath supplies to smart TV and mini bar, clean and comfortable

Walls are somewhat thin so if someone talks unusual loud it might get bothering, it only happened to us one time so it’s not such a problem
