"A REALLY GOOD APARTMENT, IN A GREAT POSITION, WHICH WAS SADLY LET DOWN BY ITS LACK OF CLEANLINESS"

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, JUST A STEP OUTSIDE INTO THE MAIN STREET

TEA AND COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES WERE INCOMPLETE. THERE WAS A KETTLE, BUT NO COFFEE OR MILK. THE TOILET WAS DIRTY, AND CLEARLY HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED FOR A LONG TIME. THE SHOWER CUBICLE WAS IN NEED OF A DEEP CLEAN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM; THE TILE GROUTING WAS FILTHY AND THE TILES DIRTY. THE SHOWER HEAD NEEDED REPLACING, IT WAS VERY POOR. THE TIMBER FLOOR WAS ALSO DIRTY AND IN NEED OF A PROPER CLEAN
