Our stay here was a highlight of our trip to Pisa. On arrival at Pisa we were shown incredible hospitality by the owner who ensured we could check in at 3am after our flight was delayed. He even took the time to show us the kitchen and amenities within the hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable and was well suited to our needs. We had AC but found the room was well ventilated enough to not need it. We even had a little courtyard area attached to our room which was lovely to sit in and enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel was also perfectly situated being a 5/10 minute walk to the leaning tower and town centre as well as being across the road from a large supermarket. There was some road noise as mentioned in other reviews but this is Italy after all and roads are often busy until late. However it was really not that bad and is completely manageable with ear plugs.
