It was clean, host was nice.

It's up 4 flights of stairs and no A/C

Nice apartment on 2nd floor, light. Good verandah with view. Well stocked kitchen . Air conditioning available (see notes below)

Air conditioner at additional cost (5 euro). Owner was initially reluctant to allow us to cook. Agreed when we promised to clean up. Private bathroom is in a common hallway which may be a problem. for some.

Giovanni was a wonderful, kind and accomodating host. The room itself was very comfortable. What stood out to me most was how wonderful everything smelled, the cleanliness and attention to detail. Giovanni clearly cares about his guests and want them to have the best experience positive. The flat could not have been cleaner or kept in better condition. The breakfast was generous. Everything felt new and clean and Giovanni was very responsive. I was there for neuromed and Giovanni did all he could to help me and my family during this difficult time.

The building itself is really nice but please be aware there are stairs. However, if you can manage them, I'd recommend this flat because it's truly comfortable and a beautiful space. I saw quite a few other places and this was by far the best value and nicest.
