Sweet House Self Check-in 24h

We were lucky to find a parking spot on the street, and the place has a market as well as a few restaurants and bakery.

On the day we were there it was really cold outside, around 10°C. We didn’t have any heating in the room. There were radiators, but they couldn’t be turned on , they were supposed to switch on automatically, but they stayed off the whole time. The bathroom was also very cold. The towels were really old and had stains on them. The walls are very thin and not properly soundproofed, so you could almost hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.

De ligging ten opzichte van de autoweg vonden wij minder gunstig dan eerdere reviews doen vermoeden. En wij vonden het er toch wel gehorig. Als mijn man plaste in de separate badkamer, kon ik ondanks de gang tussen slaap- en badkamer, precies horen wanneer hij begon en klaar was met plassen. De zware toegangspoort tot het huis was ook heel hard hoorbaar (als deze dichtsloeg) in onze kamer!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und sehr freundlich, der Check in und die Beschreibung hierzu ebenfalls perfekt. WLAN hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Im Zimmer ist alles, was man braucht und das Bett war bequem. Wir sind zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

Das Bad mit Toilette war separat, jedoch zur privaten Nutzung (kein Gemeinschaftsbad). Dies empfanden wir als etwas unbequem, jedoch kein Thema für eine Nacht 😀 Der Preis war verhältnismäßig etwas teuer, dies könnte jedoch auch an der Nähe zur Schweiz liegen. Bezüglich Sauberkeit: das Bad war etwas verkalkt und vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
