Struttura bella, nuova, posizionata al centro della città

Il pavimento non era pulitissimo e lo staff non si è presentato, spaventandoci pensando fosse una persona estranea

Sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum

Drei "Schleusen" mit Chipkarte bis zum Zimmer, und jedes Mal auch durch die anderen Gäste/Bewohner sehr laut durch elektrische Türschlösser/Relais, fast wie im Gefängnis. Balkon nur in einem kleinen Innenhof, kein Fenster.

This is a new facility, well-equipped and very comfortable. Much better than I expected and well situated as well

Nothing to dislike

We got a lovely welcome from the owner ,even though we were 90 minutes early checking in ! The room was really comfortable , with a cute patio where you could hear lots of birdsong .

Nothing to dislike ....the centre of Olbia was a short walk away and the bus for the airport was a minutes walk away

The property was situated quite close to the town centre and with a few minutes walk of the bus stop to the airport.

There was a really bad smell of damp and also mildew growing in the bathroom. All items in the room were chargeable whereas other places we had stayed had at least provided a few bottles of water and tea/coffee free of charge. We were not given the code for the key lock so we had to leave the key and the door unlocked. This meant anyone could enter and take the chargeable items which we would then need to pay for.

Le logement est très bien situé entre la gare et le centre ville. Il est conforme à la description. Luciana est réactive. J'ai eu besoin de son aide pour pouvoir entrer dans le bâtiment. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions et m'a envoyé une vidéo. Merci encore !
