i love the location. Center of everything. spacious.

This is my first time travelling alone. everything was amazing. Until I get to talked with the owner, he was horribly rude to me. I arrived quite late around 8:23 pm after a long flights which I informed. When I arrived the room wasn’t ready and the super nice lady the keeper asked me to waited for another 15 minutes and that was totally fine with me.I get in touched with Booking.com. The owner he got a feedback from Booking.com and called me by using his housekeeper phone to screamed and yelled at me. Yelled at me on the phone several times and screamed me to cancel and go away he doesnt care. I was alone and just arrived, threatened and panicking. I didnt know what to do. I was so scared of my safety. if he would come to my room at that night or kick me out. Despite the high season it is almost impossible to book anywhere else in that hour with limited amount of budget. i have waited to come to Palermo for a long time and I can’t believe I would experienced this situation. The next day, he realised and called to apologise and thats it. Thanks to his housekeeper tried to calm me down and being so polite and professional. Best regards, N
