the location was excellent for walking everywhere in town. The pool was lovely and rooftop terrace had a wonderful view.

only the bedroom was air conditioned , the living area was not and it made for a very uncomfortable stay in July. We would never had stayed here if we knew it was not fully air conditioned. in addition several things were not functioning well such as the very small and inadequate frigo and the coffee machine.We had to keep contacting the owner for help and ice to have a cool drink. I don’t think this should be labeled as a luxury stay. There was no daily housekeeping owner asked us to leave dirty plates outside and no fresh breakfast pastries as promised. All in all I thought it was overpriced and NOT a luxury stay. As the owner is a hotel manager he should know he needs to make some improvements

The location is perfect, it’s very quiet and private feeling while still being in the middle of the city. The private rooftop is an incredible spot to hang out in the evening or star gaze, it has some of the best views of Ostuni we saw during our stay. The pool is well maintained and clean, ideal to have in the middle of the day to survive Italys hot summers! The place is well maintained, very clean, and great hospitality!
