La colazione avevamo un coupon da dividere al bar neanche uno a testa di cui comunque dovevamo pagare e ci può stare ma almeno danne uno a testa, poi alle 9 e mezza che stavamo dormendo la donna delle pulizie ha cominciato a bussare e ha ripetuto più volte, il giorno del check out ho chiesto se potevamo stare fino alle 10 e 30 ( la titolare ha acconsentito) però alle 10 la donna delle pulizie ha cominciato a bussare. la camera in se era carina però c'era odore di fogna.

We booked these apartments expecting a comfortable stay, however the actual condition of the property did not meet the advertised standard. Main issues: • a very strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment; • ventilation did not help remove the smell; • the host informed us that no other rooms were available and offered no solution or compensation; • the beds were in poor condition and squeaked loudly with every movement, making proper sleep impossible; • the bathroom was in unsatisfactory condition and clearly required renovation. As a result, the stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the condition of the apartment did not meet reasonable quality standards or the expectations created by the listing.

Het was totaal niet proper. De muren waren vuil, vuile lakens en de badkamer was ook niet heel proper.

This is a disgrace of a stay. I’m apologies for my language but I got lots of bites after my stay in Italy . I only stayed one day and got loads of bed bugs before my brothers wedding. How do I request and submit compliant?

The cleaning standard
