Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The owner is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. What makes this place truly special is the passion and dedication behind it. You can immediately tell that this is not just a business, but a labor of love. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully maintained, and the level of care shown to guests is remarkable. During an unexpected problem with our car, the owner went above and beyond to help us, showing extraordinary patience, generosity, and concern. Her kindness turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and we will always be grateful for that. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Combined with such warm hospitality, it creates an experience that is rare to find. We highly recommend staying here and would happily return in the future. Absolutly nothing

The room was clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable and the well equipped bathroom was lovely - had a glass enclosed shower, toilet, bidet, basin and large lighted mirror. Full length mirror, hanging area, drawers, ‘fridge stocked with water and boxed drinks and a kettle with teas and coffees. Our suite had patio doors as well as a large window, both had electric blinds as well as curtains - very modern, medium size tv perfect for watching from the bed! It even had a balcony with a table and two chairs to just sit and watch the locals wander past. We felt comfortable and safe and the hostess Milena could not have been more helpful not only with arrangements for the accommodation but for general questions regarding the area. We slept really well - there’s a mildly busy road but with the blinds down we didn’t hear anything. We had had a few issues with other bookings and people on this trip and quite frankly Milena restored my faith in honest offerings and genuinely nice people - she is the best and so is her property.

Nothing I didn’t like -it’s olde worlde but it is quintessential Italy - beautiful

Clean & very modern room, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, bathroom was very clean with roomy shower. Great for a few nights, cafes close by & short walk to a very busy harbour.

Room size was a bit small, no sofa & only one chair only other option was yo sit on the beds.

Camera doppia moderna ed elegante, pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. A dieci minuti a piede da ogni posto di Civitavecchia. Facilmente accessibile, molto ben decorata. Ottimo servizio e cordialità. Davvero raccomandato.

Hotel short walk to the center of town, littleuphill for handicap. No issues other wise. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
