Modern, clean and helpful

The room was great, very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was also quite delicious, plenty of choices to choose from. There is an elevator which helped so that we didn't have to drag our luggage up and down a couple of flights of stairs, so that was also a plus. The area is in a residential area, but with shops and restaurants all nearby The proprietor was very accommodating, she helped us get taxies to and from places. She went above and beyond what we would have expected. I would recommend her place to anyone.

The only problem we had was finding the place, you could not tell where the entrance of the place was because there wasn't really a big sign or anything outside, but once we did, there was no issues. and at that time the proprietor and her assistants came out and helped us with our luggage!! So it all turned out quite well

The lady running Gallery Suit was very helpful and even booked taxi for us to go to the cruise terminal. The property was very clean and comfortable.

The only complain I have is there a slight step you need to go to the bathroom. We were worried about thrips over the threshold when going to the bathroom at night.

Breakfest was great. Room was great and staff was very friendly and communicated with us fast and were very helpful!

The only single problem we had was getting into our room for some reason my text didn’t work but we called the staff right away and they were able to open the door and let us in!

We had great service! The staff were amazing and very helpful.

Location was convenient for getting to the port. Neighborhood was quiet with cute coffee shops and Gelato near by. The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this Location

The Building in which Gallery Suites was in was a little daunting and not what I expected for a hotel. The suites were inside an office building. However, once inside the suite was very modern, clean and comfortable and secure. Also received a nice continental breakfast

First let me say it was 100% my fault for overlooking the link to gain entry into the building. However I attempted to call when I couldn’t get in and no one answered. It would have been a much easier process if someone had just answered the phone. I think after a number of unanswered calls to the owner, a staff person called me and was able to assist me in getting into the building. It was a harrowing experience not knowing what to do in a foreign country. Thank God the Layla reached me just as I was headed back to the airport!
