The hotel staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. It’s quite close to the city center. Although it’s next to a street, it’s not noisy at all in the rooms.

The smoking areas are not clearly marked and poorly managed. Some people were smoking in the courtyard right in front of the shower room, and I could barely breathe while taking a shower.

The plants and atrium are beautiful.

The staff manager was super rude and it was super noisy at night. Filled w drunks in my room. And then the other staff guy was nice enough but he was clearly scared of the boss and ended up being kinda rude to me too.

Huge & comfortable room, only stayed one night but the kitchen seemed well equipped and the courtyard was peaceful. Helpful staff and good location too

I loved the location; it's close to the Zócalo and within walking distance of the entire city center. The patio with the hammocks is lovely for relaxing, and the kitchenette and refrigerator for cooking are very useful. The young man at reception was very friendly and gave me great tips on how to plan my time in Oaxaca, including which places I could reach on my own using public transportation and which were better to book a tour for. In addition the place was always clean.

The cabins could be improved by adding curtains, electrical outlets, and private lighting to avoid disturbing others. The showers could also be improved, as the curtains make one feel very exposed.
