I like the location. I like the garden in the middle of the hostal.

A little bit rustic inside the room and the bathroom smells weird, don’t know if they have problems with the water pipes or something

The staff were really friendly and helpful, let me leave my luggage before check-in and stay inside until 11pm on the check-out day. I stayed in 3 different hostels in Oaxaca and this one was the best because of how nice they were. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was free filtered water. The shared room had a bathroom but there were 2 more outside, so it was even more comfortable. The bed was nice and clean. I enjoyed staying the terrace and at the patio in a hammock.

I would just add curtains to the beds 😊
