the rooms were large and well-equipped, modern decor, comfortable

The door lock showed visible signs of a break-in attempt (photo below), and the door frame was broken. Such a room should not be rented until the lock is properly repaired, as the door can be opened with the little force. The host insisted that everything was fine and secure and disagreed with my assessment of the situation. After several interventions, I was finally moved to another room. Communication with the host before arrival was also difficult.

"Great place in a great location, but..."

Very clean, just renovated, like new. Central, great location. Good wi-fi, bathroom and bed.

Too much communication. 9 messages (+9 email reminders) even before I arrived in Cagliari. Kind of annoying, it shouldn't be that difficult to book a stay. Then 10th message said it's prohibited to eat or drink in a room which had a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle...

Ambiente accogliente e molto pulito. Letto ben fatto,asciugamani morbidi. Arredamento degno di nota.

Purtroppo la posizione della TV è in una posizione completamente sbagliata.Imposdibile da vedere. Si potrebbe spostare mettendo una canalina esterna.
