I liked the overall experience at the stay, rooms were neat. exterirors were equally neat. Their Breakfast is to die for. Yummy food.

Locations was quite offbeat, but we got ample help from the staff with the directions.

The gardens and pool were exceptional. Well kept relaxing environment.

The Tuk Tuk drivers coming back from town always had problems finding it. Thank God for Google Maps or get an address card before you venture out.

Staff were so helpful providing everything we needed. They ordered us food and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We hoped around the whole villa due to availability so experienced many of the rooms and all were great. It’s a beautiful oasis.

A/C could have been better in the afternoon's Recreation facilities could be added

Mr. Rajesh's (property owner) was courteous and amicable

The location is too difficult to approach. The place is surrounded by fishermen folk. Felt very unsafe and insecure. The response of the property where there was a negative is very rude and not with proper decorum. The curtains in the room are not properly closing. So privacy is a big question.
