"good value, shared common areas, good for airport"

My wife has spent time in Japan more than myself and said it reminded her of a traditional Japanese traveler experience. It is shared rooms, and a good value for a quick stay near the airport. Super close to airport, the walk to the station is more than 2x as time consuming as the train ride to the airport.

The shower is on the main floor, so it can be somewhat of a hassle to shower with an upstairs room. Restaurant selection is not great within ~10-15 minutes walk of the property.

"Lovely house near Kansei Airport"

Many personal touches that makes the home personable and interesting. Like the fact that the owner is obviously house proud
