Great location, 10 minutes from train station and only one stop to the airport. Very clean Japanese style room and comfy mattress. House was very clean in general and a great place to get to the airport early from, especially for the unbeatable price. Easy instructions to follow from host to check in. Air con did its job wonderfully.

Only two tiny toilets and only one shower for the entire house, can get very crammed at times. Soundproofing to the hallway is non-existent, small crack in the door where light shines through from the hallway, but nobody can look in.

Very clean traditional room, easy to find and staff was very quick to reply to emails. Solo arigatokosaimasu!

Would have been nice to be greeted by someone, I'm finding this self checking a bit impersonal

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Our room had its own shower which was very nice. The beds and sheets were INCREDIBLY comfortable. Really great for the price, I only wish we could've stayed longer.

The free gift didn't work. But it was a free and unexpected gift so it's literally no problem.
