"Pleasant"

Clean

Felt misled by the pictures and title of the listing "three bedroom stay" but when arrived the host told us that the upstairs unit is another airbnb. It was just a one room with ensuite toilet and kitchen facilities. Definitely not 3 rooms as listed.

Its located 7-10 mins walk from the Kyoto station. If you are planning to day many day trips like we did to Osaka and Nara then it really helps to stay here. Room was in a great condition and no/minimal sounds of trains during the night time.

Extremely clean and well appointed! Owner was wonderful in her communication. She speaks perfect English and was very welcoming. Location was awesome, just a short walk from Kyoto station. Great kitchen and washer/dryer combo.

Couch could have been replaced with a tiny table and chairs as there was nowhere to sit while eating. Pillows were very hard -- we had to use one of the comforters as a pillow instead.

Location was really good and the house was big enough for 5 of us. Good daily necessities were provided. Owner greeted us and was extremely accommodating. It was overall a really good experience and stay.
