Good location. Plenty of space to spread out. Well appointed kitchen.

No free parking, but the parking lot next door was reasonably priced. (About $15 overnight parking)

"Perfect Matsuyama location for food, shows, shopping."

Spacious interior with unexpected surprises (gallery room!). Right next to food and shopping, and if you're visiting for a show at WStudioRed, it's only a brief stumble away.

Parking was not provided, although the paid lot next door was super convenient and affordable.
