Secure parking, very friendly staff, helpful.

Maintenance needed in the shower and tiles. Sheets were old and worn. Glasses had oily finger marks. Shower had a smell.

Despite advertising Coffee Machines in room— none was in my room. Pillows needs to be changed immediately—- hard as a rock . Used the towel as a makeshift pillow. No generators which was Not disclosed on advert. Bin was not emptied. It’s also not stated that the Guest House is located on an untarred road ( 1.5km) with sharp protruding rocks. Otherwise it’s recommended for a one night stay for business travellers.

Coffee machine. Extra coffee/sugar/milk. Get generators as load shedding is frequent. Amend advert to disclose factually correct details. I requested a room with a bath and separate shower. Despite the confirmation of my request,I was given a room with a shower only.
