Nice clean room served our one night purposes.

We didn't see any humans in our stay. We were sent detailed instructions on how to pick up key via email. We went for the included breakfast, and there was no one there. The doors were locked.

"Very nice pension / basic accommodation in Schwäbisch Gmünd"

Very nice and spacious room. Very neat and clean. Very happy with the late checkout option and fair price for this. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in process was convenient and well explained.

I would have liked to have a microwave in the room or at least in the building to warm up food. Also would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room, and a water kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. Wifi can be improved as it was not that fast and stable.
