Beautiful property set at a gorgeous location over looking the sea. Super modern and clean and great breakfast. Really lovely local town and the most stunning beaches. You will need a hire car for sure but was able to park easily at property. Great breakfast and excellent staff. We would really recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Sardinia.

Beautiful views, delicious breakfasts!

It’s a bit out of the way and the parking wasn’t ideal. I think a microwave accessible to guests would have been helpful. The property is beautiful enough, you might want to stay in!

"Peace, quiet and stunning views"

Peace and quiet, personal attention and support, good breakfast options with very good coffee and stunning views. The staff are fantastic.

You do need transport to get to restaurants, although we did notice pizza takeaway cartons on a table one evening - maybe you can order some deliveries? There's crockery and cutlery in a cupboard to use if you do bring food in, just no cooking facilities. Our only issue is that the villa could have a more noticeable sign to identify its location. I guess the parking is a little tight too.

"Quiet villa in Santa Teresa and we'll definitely go back"

Finding the villa was a little bit difficult because we arrived late, but the staff was there to welcome us with keys and walked us around the house to show us everything. Our room was small but clean, and the facilities were new. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the harbour and sea. The breakfast was good, though choices were limited.

Mosquitos in the evening on the terrace while we were trying to enjoy the view was a mood killer.
