D and D hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Everything was comfortable and well organized. If I come back to Tbilisi in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

No reception. Door was closed and nobody was available to open it. Only the cleaning lady coming from outside she opened the door. They forgive to give you the door code so if nobody is around you get stuck outside like the one who in the night was knocking the door for about one hour. Shower box can not close, shower head is dirty. Mattress are 2 old beside each other. On the side was going down, in the middle there was hard joint. Noise from the main road and floor tumbling every heavy vehicle crossing the road. Boiler for the water but no mugs, no coffee, no water in the room. Hairdryer is the one that should be on the wall but was randomly left in the closet. No one at the reception. No one turn on the light

Staff didn’t answer the door - we weren’t able to check in but once we were in it was fine
