A wonderful place to stay that is an easy walk to downtown Ponta Delgada. It has beautiful views of the ocean, a lovely pool to relax in if you’d like, and plenty of space to make your own during your visit. It is also near a lot of great beaches and sea-side dining. If you rent a car like we did there is free parking a minute away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, well stocked and comfortable as well. Host was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again if we came back! (it was fantastic to have nearby parking that was free, and Ponta Delgada was only a few minutes away. Very easy!)

Hosts were very friendly and responded very quick to any question. They resolved any issues very quickly. Hosts left us welcome food and wine. Much appreciated. Location was perfect; lovely sea views. very relaxing. Loved the bathroom large window view of the sea (even whilst in the shower). Free parking only 1 minute walk away. Several shops and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk away.

Not the fault of the hosts, but there were loud barking dogs throughout the day and night.

There was not washing machine, but it is a common situation at the Azores

The view was absolutely stunning, if you have the choice take the one upstairs to have the most intimacy. The location is also very convenient, 30 minutes walking to downtown and you have access to a free public parking less then 2 minutes walking from the loft. It is a free contact location but if you have any questions the owner answers fast. Some people in the reviews told it wasn‘t quiet because of the dogs barking but it really wasn‘t that bad you shouldn‘t worry about it. Briefly, we highly recommend this place if you want to visit Sao Miguel and have a comfortable place to stay!!!

A top accomodation, the accomodation si 100% prepared for the traveler to enjoy their days on the island, Antonio was super Direct in the messages making our arrival easy. 100% recommended, clean and beaytiful.

The view of the ocean was great. The units are within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. I imagine the pool would have been nice if it was warm enough to swim. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!

While the ocean view was nice the outside views left no privacy. The building has several units on multiple floors. While walking to the pool or to the washer you can easily see right into the other units. There was mildew/mold all over the unit. Everything was perpetually moist. There is a communal washer but no dryer. Hanging clothes out to dry in such a moist environment is difficult. The walls are very thin. The internet was terrible and highly unreliable.
