Nelle camere si può aggiungere un piccolo angolo dove il cliente può fare colazione, come un bollitore o una macchinetta da caffè

We were able to book a room after midnight through the Booking.com app, and received a confirmation email, unfortunately we never received instructions on how to access the property. We ended up spending the night in the car. We were driving back to Castellammare from Scopello because we had to leave our hotel in Scopello due to a fire. Nobody ever answered our messages on the Booking.com app, nor the phone. The phone number listed corresponds to another hotel in Scopello called Il Baglio - we were told that the number was not correct. We can't even contact someone responsible to get a refund. We will try to call the customer service at this point.
