"Good place to stay, volume of other occupants can be a problem"

Great location and a good place to stay if you're planning on hiking the surrounding volcanoes. Very kind and helpful staff.

The walls are very thin, so when the people in the room next to us decided to be very loud until early morning hours, we heard all of it.

A comfortable and spacious room for a few nights in Xela. Clean, safe, great location and helpful staff. Was ideal for a few nights stay, would recommend if you're looking for something simple and comfortable in Xela!

I left early and the door was locked, but was able to contact a staff member via WhatsApp to check out and leave so wasn't an issue!

Me parece muy caro y el lugar horrible y tienen horario de cerrar y que los huéspedes tienen que entrar a la hora que ellos dicen, no lo recomiendo, me cobraron $50 por una noche

"The child at the front desk should find a different job!"

The Grandma was nice.

There were a lot of very dark spirits here. They would bang on my door really loudly at all hour of the night and morning and I would see black people looking things walking around. It was very scary! Also the place just has a creepy vibe and there are no people here. It’s very, very rustic so be prepared!
